These terms govern your use of Motkhola, the online storefront for Motkhola Bazar's vendors. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
You sign in with a phone number and password. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Motkhola has four kinds of accounts: customers, vendors (store owners with a physical stall in Motkhola Bazar), riders, and administrators — each with its own dashboard and responsibilities.
Orders can be cancelled before a vendor accepts them. Once accepted, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled directly between you and the vendor, who is responsible for the accuracy and quality of what they sell. If you can't reach a resolution with a vendor, contact us and we'll help mediate.
If you sell through Motkhola, you agree to list products accurately, keep stock and prices up to date, and fulfil accepted orders promptly. Motkhola may suspend a vendor account for repeated non-fulfilment, inaccurate listings, or other conduct that harms customers.
If you deliver through Motkhola, you agree to accept, pick up, and deliver assigned orders in good faith, and to collect the correct cash amount shown for each delivery.
Motkhola connects customers with independent vendors and riders. We aren't responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by vendors, or for delays outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
